I had to reach out to luminairesignature.com about my order, and they got back to me quickly. The reply was clear, clear enough that I didn’t have to keep asking more questions, and they were polite too. There was a small delay with the follow-up, but nothing major. Overall, good customer service, good enough that I’d be comfortable ordering again.

The brightness was just okay for me. It’s not the kind of light that really lights up a whole room, like when you’re working in the garage, trying to read something across the room, or looking for something under the couch. But for smaller stuff, like using it next to the bed, in a closet, on a desk, or just for a little extra light, it works fine enough

I was a little annoyed right away because I had to message them twice before getting a real response. When they finally did reply, it was vague, so I still ended up figuring out most of it on my own. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just frustrating in the moment

The warranty support was okay in the end, but the whole process took longer than it should have. I don’t know why they made it such a hassle, but it felt like the delay was on them, not me.

The light itself is actually nice, and it got here in a decent amount of time. But when I opened the box, one of the corners was damaged, like it must’ve taken a hit during shipping.

Shipping was fine, and now that it’s up, it looks great. Not totally sure why I was so worried, but I’m happy with it.

I liked that luminairesignature.com lets you customize a few things like the size, finish, and light color. It felt good not being stuck with one basic version.

Some parts were a bit confusing though, and I kind of had to guess what would look right. More real photos would’ve helped. Overall it was fine, just not as simple as I thought it’d be.

I bought a couple of light fixtures from luminairesignature.com a while ago, and they’ve basically been on every day since. One is in our hallway near the coat rack, so it gets used a lot, especially when everyone’s coming in and out with shoes, bags, and whatever else.

I was kind of expecting them to feel a little flimsy over time, but they still feel really solid. Nothing has come loose, there’s no flickering, and the finish still looks nice even after I’ve wiped them down a few times with a microfiber cloth I keep forgetting to put back in the laundry room.

So far, I’m happy with how durable they’ve been. They weren’t one of those purchases I thought much about after ordering, but they’ve turned out to be a good one. I’d definitely buy from them again if I end up needing more lights.

They had exactly what I needed in stock, which was really nice. The only thing is it shipped a bit later than I expected, but overall it was still good.
